Based in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, Mazuwo Wireless was established by renowned ICT entrepreneur Mr Gumani Makhado and Chief Network Engineer Mr NM Khorommbi. Growing up in rural communities, Mr Makhado witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by communities with limited access to technology and digital infrastructure. Motivated by the need to create opportunities through connectivity, he set out to build an internet service provider that would serve homes, businesses, schools and public institutions across the region.
The name Mazuwo means storyteller or narrator. Rooted in rural Vhembe, our purpose is reflected in our motto: Connecting the Unconnected.
